Chattanooga, Tenn.
• Decosimo has promoted Kim Perry to serve as a senior manager within the firm’s assurance practice with the Chattanooga office.
Ms. Perry is a certified public accountant and she works with clients across various industries, including manufacturing and distribution, consumer finance, financial institutions and not-for-profit organizations. A cum laude graduate of East Tennessee State University, Ms. Perry has served on the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross of Southeast Tennessee and the Governance Board of the Chattanooga Girls Leadership Academy. She is also a graduate of Leadership Chattanooga, a 10-month leadership development program.
• Also with Decosimo’s Chattanooga office, Trey Johnson and Marcus Williamson have been promoted to senior accountants.
Atlanta, Ga.
• Decosimo has promoted Matt Natho and Jeremy Thurman to serve as managers within the firm’s assurance practice in the Atlanta office.
Mr. Natho is a certified public accountant who specializes in providing audit and transaction advisory services to not-for-profit, technology and consumer finance organizations, as well as providing employee benefit plan audit services. Experienced in serving the real estate industry, Mr. Natho has worked with several multi-tenant building clients in performing operating expense audits. Mr. Natho is a graduate of Kennesaw State University.
Mr. Thurman is a certified public accountant with a focus on performing audit and assurance services for government entities, real estate and manufacturing clients. Mr. Thurman currently oversees the audit of a manufacturing company with approximately $150 million in revenue. He also supervises the audits of a real estate development company and several large real estate investment funds. Mr. Thurman is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

Cincinnati, Ohio
• Decosimo has promoted Lucinda Dunbar and Joe Schuch to senior managers in the firm’s Cincinnati office.
Ms. Dunbar is a certified public accountant who has amassed significant experience in working with investment and operating partnerships with complex distribution and allocation methodologies. She has served over 40 investment partnerships with committed capital in excess of $2 billion, including investments in foreign partnerships and companies. Ms. Dunbar is a graduate of Indiana State University.
Mr. Schuch is a certified public accountant with 30 years experience providing tax and advisory services to consolidated corporations, closely held businesses and their owners. He has served clients in numerous industries, including distribution, real estate development, and new technologies start-up companies. Mr. Schuch is a graduate of Indiana University.
