Union Hill Kitchen is pleased to announce that our Executive Chef and Owner, Alexis Hernandez recently scored a huge win as a contestant on the Food Network – Cutthroat Kitchen television series (foodnetwork.com/cutthroat kitchen).    Chef Hernandez survived numerous innovative sabotages designed to test his Chef’s culinary skills.    The program aired on September 21, 2014.

Chef Alexis Hernandez, a CNN International & Food Network alumni, brings his unique approach to American cuisine to Atlanta - creating dishes that reflect his instinct for balancing flavor, texture & simplicity. Chef Hernandez attended culinary school at the Sullivan University - National Center for Hospitality Services located in Louisville, Kentucky. Chef Hernandez is originally from Union City, NJ and currently resides in Atlanta, GA. He is a first-generation Cuban-American.
