The website is available in nine languages and in the near future Marketjob plans to launch it also in the UK, Japan, India, Brazil, Mexico, China and all European countries.

The service is available in nine languages and can accommodate 40 million profiles of professionals and companies. Unlike other job search engines MarketJob.net does not advertise jobs itself, but instead provides registered companies direct access to a massive database of CVs from professionals around the world. Thus the portal serves as a powerful tool for HR managers, entrepreneurs, executives and head hunters to search for a candidate’s CV.

CEO Xavier Oleart, said, “We developed this platform to adapt to market needs, taking into account the optimisation of resources for businesses in finding the right candidates for their vacancies.”

“Today labour mobility is the norm,” he continued. “Consequently our platform supports ninelanguages to enable companies to find the right employees and candidates to find the right jobs.”

The languages supported by Marketjob.net are Spanish, English, German, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian, French, Chinese and Hindi. The search engine makes it easy for companies to find the most qualified professional for a vacant position.

“This selection process means a significant reduction in inappropriate applications for a given position saving companies time and money in the process,” Oleart said.

Marketjob.net is aimed at professionals who are either in a job or looking for a new one as well as those entering the labour market. Registered job seekers can upload their image and CV and other details and search for companies of interest. They can also select up to three countries in which their profile is visible to potential employers, significantly increasing their employment opportunities. Marketjob.net also allows users to see which companies have looked at their profile.

Oleart added: “Since its launch in Spain, 18 per cent of Spanish job seekers have used Marketjob.net. This demonstrates that our tool was very much needed in the current economic climate. Moreover, this figure increases among young people who are prepared to relocate to another country. Our platform connects them with companies in the rest of Europe or the World.”

So far over 300 companies and more than 1000 users have registered. The platform is free of charge to both businesses and job seeking professionals.
