More About Vince Tinnirello:
Throughout high school and college, Vince worked in the hospitality industry at restaurants and hotels. It was those years of experience where he learned how customers treat service industry people, and how service industry people treat customers. He learned how to deliver good customer service and the rewards for doing so, and also how to recognize what bad service looked like and how easy it was to lose a customer.
As a graduate of the Hotel, Restaurant, & Tourism Administration program at the University of South Carolina, Vince went to work for Marriott International for 9 years. It was here that he learned how to earn customers for life, how to empower employees to care for customers, and how to communicate with people in the business world. After 15 years in the hospitality industry, Vince took his passion for technology and combined it with his hospitality and customer service background to form Anchor Network Solutions with the goal of giving small business owners something they weren’t used to; IT consulting and support from people that could speak plain English, communicate effectively, and provide a high level of customer service.
