TZ Minerals International acquires Chemical Market Resources Inc:Diversification and Strengthening of Operations in Chemicals, Petrochemicals and Plastics
(PRWEB) September 25, 2014 -- TZ Minerals International Pty Ltd (TZMI), a global consultancy headquartered in Australia, is pleased to announce that the Company acquired Chemical Market Resources Inc (CMR Inc.) on 23 September, 2014.
CMR Inc. is a 25 year old Houston based global consulting company specializing in marketing research and strategic planning for chemicals, petrochemicals and plastics. They hold an annual conference “FlexPO”, now in its 23rd year, with the 2014 event to be held in Shanghai in October. CMR Inc has published over 50 multi-client studies and newsletters and assisted Global top 100 chemical companies in strategic planning.
Under the terms of the agreement, TZMI will acquire all of CMR’s strategic services including: proprietary studies, multi-client studies, conferences, training and development, publications and research services. TZMI’s Mr Phillip Murphy will take up the role of Acting General Manager for CMR Inc.

Dr Balaji Singh, will continue with CMR Inc. to ensure a smooth transfer of the business and remain a key member of the CMR Inc team on an ongoing basis. This ensures that TZMI continues to benefit from his extensive knowledge of the global chemical, petrochemical and plastics industry and customer relationships while allowing others to oversee the day to day management of the business.
