Our new tool will help you quickly determine which computers are in compliance or not, based on tests you specify. It's a big step forward in ensuring Admins are in control of their settings management for applications and desktops.
PHILADELPHIA, PA (PRWEB) September 25, 2014
PolicyPak Software, the leader in application configuration management (ACM), today announced the launch of their new Group Policy reporting tool.
PolicyPak Group Policy Compliance Reporter (PPGPCR) solves a longstanding problem in compliance reporting for Microsoft Windows Active Directory networks, giving IT Administrators the ability to see the compliance status of users and machines on their Active Directory network, simultaneously, in real time, and at-a-glance.
Administrators can instantly know if the Windows computers on their network adhere to IT’s desired security settings, look-and-feel settings, or settings for computers and applications, as well as thousands of other setting types.
Microsoft’s “in the box” Group Policy Results Report tool only gives the status of a single machine at a time. PolicyPak Group Policy Compliance Reporter can report on the status of all on-domain machines, simultaneously.
The new reporting tool allows Admins to create and define their own tests, to define what compliance looks like for their organization and to test to that.
PPGPCR comes in two editions: One for smaller organizations (called Standalone Edition) and one for larger organizations with multiple Group Policy administrators (called Server Edition). The server edition enables multiple administrators to collaborate with others: creating shared tests, and viewing and sharing results.
Jeremy Moskowitz, Group Policy MVP and founder of PolicyPak Software, said of the product launch, "Our new tool will help you quickly determine which computers are in compliance or not, based on tests you specify. It's a big step forward in ensuring Admins are in control of their settings management for applications and desktops."
IT Admins and network administrators who want to try out the new PolicyPak Group Policy Compliance Reporter software can get a free trial by contacting PolicyPak at the PolicyPak Website, or by calling (800) 883-8002.
