Bad is bold in the entertainment industry, so good must be BOLDER.
Atlanta, GA. (PRWEB) September 25, 2014
Actors, models, singers, dancers and comedians have the exciting opportunity to audition for international non-profit organization, AMTC. Performers ranging from amateur to professional are invited to one of four auditions on Saturday, October 4, 2014. Auditions are free of charge and are open to anyone ages four and up. Through prayerful consideration, the AMTC team offers callbacks to mission-minded performers, who possess a teachable spirit and have a desire to become positive role models in entertainment.
AMTC’s President, Adam She says "Bad is bold in the entertainment industry, so good must be BOLDER. It’s time for God’s stars to stand up on the stages of film, fashion, music and theater."
Each audition is hosted by an industry professional who is trained to spot emerging talent and equipped to inspire performers to a higher calling in the world of entertainment. AMTC’s scouts are industry professionals who believe in mentoring the next generation of upcoming artists. After this initial scouting event, select talent will be invited to participate in the Bridge Training Program and international SHINE Conference. Scouts for the October 4 auditions will be Donna Groff (Memphis), Jaco Booyens (Houston), Jon “Jontez” Montes (San Diego) and Carey Lewis (Portland).
AMTC has been the starting point for hundreds of successful artists and grads, such as Ben Davies (Courageous), Ser’Darius Blain (When The Game Stands Tall, Footloose) and Julian Silva (Les Miserables National Tour). Ser’Darius speaks about the importance of glorifying God in his career. “I do everything I do to glorify God. God gave me talent, He gave me gifts in order to magnify Him. So at the end of the day, I know that I’m not doing this for me or for pleasure,” he says.
AMTC teaches talented people what they need to know to market themselves in today’s industry and connects them with talent agents, managers and casting directors who can create larger opportunities.
