Penny Jacobs has been named health care administrator for nonprofit Sun Health’s Grandview Care Center.
She brings more than 18 years of long-term care experience to the job, most recently serving as administrator of a care center in North Central Nebraska.
A native of Northeastern Iowa, Jacobs is no stranger to the Phoenix market having worked in senior care leadership positions in Scottsdale, Fountain Hills and Phoenix.
She's worked in variety of capacities in her career including financial management, business development and human resources. She is licensed as a health care administrator in Arizona, Nebraska and Iowa.
Jacobs has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Northern Iowa and an MBA with an emphasis in health care management from the University of Phoenix.
In her spare time, she and her husband enjoy fishing, travel and movies.
