Columbus, Ohio (PRWEB) September 25, 2014 -- ODW Logistics, Inc. continues to experience significant operating growth in the region as well as in its offsite locations in Los Angeles, Calif.; Milwaukee, Wis.; and Chicago, Ill. As a result of this increased growth, the organization has added additional leadership roles to its senior management team.
Jeffrey (Jeff) Clark, formerly vice president of sales and marketing, was promoted to executive vice president earlier this month. This change comes as a result of the continued positive influence of his presence in the organization. Earlier this year, Jeff assumed responsibility for Dist-Trans, Co., LLC, ODW’S asset-based carrier entity, along with his regular duties for continued management of the sales and marketing department.
“Jeff has been a pillar of stability and customer engagement for ODW. He is a relationship leader because he is approachable, listens well and is consistent in his follow up,” said John Ness, president and CEO. “In this new role, Jeff will pick up more strategic growth responsibilities and work more internally with the executive team to optimize performance and prepare us for the next phase of company growth.”
In addition to Jeff’s appointment to executive vice president, two other leaders were added to the senior management team, including Todd Alloway, vice president of sales, and a new addition, Jason Poot, as vice president of transportation.
Todd Alloway has over ten years of experience with ODW in positions including operations and business development. Most recently, he was director of sales. He will now assume responsibility for warehouse sales and assist with transportation sales growth.
ODW’s most recent addition, Jason Poot, was hired into a newly created role as vice president of transportation, where he will oversee operations and growth of the transportation service offerings within the company.
