As we planned our marketing strategy for the year, we discovered the many stories our neighbors share among our miles of sidewalks. It was just a natural fit for us to highlight that the lifestyle we offer goes beyond the walls of a home.
Wake Forest & Rolesville, NC (PRWEB) September 25, 2014
The master planned community of Heritage has been recognized for excellence in marketing by the North Carolina Home Builders Association with a STARS award in the Special Promotion category. The award was presented at a ceremony on September 10 at the Omni in Charlotte, NC, for the 2014 marketing campaign, If Our Sidewalks Could Talk…. Oh, The Stories They Would Tell.
The campaign illustrates the stories homeowners in the community often share and was designed to create an emotional connection with local real estate agents and homebuyers. Print ads, events, emails and real estate agent outreach are all elements of the campaign.
“We’re thrilled to be honored by our peers and partners throughout the state,” says Andy Ammons, president of Ammons Development Group, Heritage developer. “As we planned our marketing strategy for the year, we discovered the many stories our neighbors share among our miles of sidewalks. It was just a natural fit for us to highlight that the lifestyle we offer goes beyond the walls of a home.”
