After conducting a national search for a new media agency, O’Charley’s has selected U.S. International Media for its traditional and digital media planning and buying needs.

O’Charley’s, which now operates 214 restaurants in 20 states across the Southeast and Midwest, was acquired by American Blue Ribbon Holdings in the spring of 2012. The acquisition prompted Denver-based American Blue Ribbon Holdings to relocate its headquarters to O’Charley’s hometown of Nashville, Tenn. Soon after, the company introduced a revitalization program for the O’Charley’s brand which included a refurbished image package, new logo and new menu options.
