Earlier this year, Best Lawyers in America® included Krooks in its guide to legal excellence in the U.S. Krooks has been an annual recipient of both of these distinctions since 2006.

In addition, Krooks was recently named as an entrant into the Estate Planning Hall of Fame® by the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils (NAEPC) and is the recipient of an Accredited Estate Planner® (Distinguished) Nominee designation for 2014. He was also named President of the Board of Directors of The Arc of Westchester, the largest agency in Westchester County serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families.
