Quinn joins Furia Rubel after graduating recently from Millersville University with a degree in communications and public relations.

Quinn received a Bachelor of Science degree from Millersville, where she majored in speech communication with a concentration in public relations and a minor in print media studies. She lives in Quakertown, Pa.
