St. Louis, MO (PRWEB) September 29, 2014 -- DataServ, the global Software as a Service (SaaS) enterprise content management (ECM) provider of document and process automation solutions, is broadening their support staff with the addition of Will Lackey as Information Technology Operations (ITO) Director. In his new role, Lackey will focus on ensuring a highly responsive, scalable, and secure platform for DataServ's clients. Areas of focus include: upgrading physical hardware, optimizing database performance, improving process automation and Internet connectivity, and enhancing DataServ’s security environment.
After beginning his career as a Network Manager at Mercy Health Plans, Lackey had a five-year stint at DataServ as a Systems and Operations Manager between 2003 and 2008. He left DataServ to open his own company, and he returns six years later in one of DataServ’s most vital roles.
“Will was a tremendous asset to DataServ when he was here from 2003 to 2008, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to have him back on our team,” says DataServ CEO/Founder Jeff Haller. “He is a well-rounded IT professional who will help us meet the demands of our rapidly growing client base."
