Ruth Phillips Receives The Institutes’ ACSR of the Year Award
Malvern, PA (PRWEB) September 30, 2014 -- Ruth Phillips, CIC, AAI, ACSR, AINS, API, is the 2014 recipient of the Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR®) of the Year Award, given by The Institutes. The ACSR of the Year Award is presented annually and honors the outstanding professional achievements of an ACSR designation holder working in the personal lines, commercial lines or life-health sectors of the insurance industry.
Phillips, of Summit, Mississippi, currently works as a personal lines customer service representative for Insurance & Risk Managers, which recently acquired the Morrell Agency. Phillips has more than twelve years of experience, and she holds a bachelor’s degree and is working on a master’s degree from University of Phoenix. Phillips has earned several additional designations from The Institutes, including the Accredited Adviser in Insurance (AAI®), Associate in General Insurance (AINS®), Associate in Personal Insurance (API™) and Associate in Insurance Services (AIS™) designations.
Phillips uses her knowledge of the insurance industry to write and conduct in-house continuing education classes for Insurance & Risk Managers.
