Gail Stout Perry, Chief Strategy Officer at the Balanced Scorecard Institute (BSI), will present some new and innovative ways on how to measure the long-term effects of change and transformation at the Southwest Chapter of the Association of Internal Management Consultants (AIMC). She will also moderate a panel discussion with other featured speakers at the event which will be held on October 3, 2014 in Dallas, Texas.
Gail has over 25 years of strategic planning and performance management experience and is passionate about helping organizations improve their performance. Her clients range from Fluor Corporation, ADP, and Mary Kay Inc. to the U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, Secretary of Defense, Federal Government of Botswana, Town of Westlake, and City of Edmonton. She is also the co-author of The Institute Way: Simplify Strategic Planning & Management with the Balanced Scorecard.
