Jill M. Powers brings over 20 years of experience in Textiles, Apparel, Fashion, Footwear, and Accessories servicing the wholesale, retail, and manufacturing sectors. Most recently, Powers was with Gerber Technology supporting the apparel development and manufacturing processes. Her rich insights into the entire PLM process, including production planning, will support retailers’ and brands’ systematic approach to planning their merchandise assortment and allocation, optimizing inventory, and improving profitability. Powers holds a BS in Textile Management from Clemson University and a MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
Zel Gerstein comes to 7thonline with more than 25 years of Retail industry experience with companies such as NCR, Store Perform, and most recently Experian FootFall. Gerstein brings deep subject matter expertise in POS data analytics, CRM, and store traffic, among others—supporting retailers’ ability to make data-driven, intelligent decisions for planning their merchandise. Gerstein graduated with a BS degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.

Dr. Margaret Pierson has joined 7thonline as Director of Business Intelligence. In this role, Dr. Pierson will support the enhancement and expansion of state-of-art analytical methodologies contained in all 7thonline demand planning solutions. Dr. Pierson brings a unique combination of analytics and business knowledge of the Apparel and Footwear industry. Most recently, Dr. Pierson was Assistant Professor of Operations Management at Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. She did her Postdoctoral research fellowship at Harvard Business School after she received her Ph.D. from Columbia Business School.
