About the Author
Suzanne Saunders Taylor currently teaches at the University of Rhode Island. Having worked for various professional labor unions, she has published two major books and several articles on the topic of labor relations as well as health insurance and pensions. She received her PhD from the University of Connecticut and also studied at the Pension Research Council of the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Taylor is listed as one of the Feminists Who Changed America.
