PHA welcomes two new members that showcase the association’s focus on collaboration and innovative services.

Patient engagement and employee wellness are key areas of focus for the Population Health Alliance, as manifested in the program of this year’s annual conference, the PHA Forum 2014.

The Population Health Alliance, the leader in advancing the principles of population health, announced today that it has welcomed two new members to the association: Difference Card and Generation One.
