Burgess has more than 20 years of management experience in the employee leasing industry, and has been serving as PEMCO’s president and COO for the past 10 months.
“Clint’s extensive experience in leading a PEO provides a strong foundation for our future goals as a company,” said Nate Ward, of PEMCO’s board of directors. “He has been instrumental in making significant improvements thus far, and I’m confident he will continue to grow and expand PEMCO into the leader in the industry.”
Burgess will set the overall strategy and oversee all aspects of the company. This includes corporate operations, budget management, resource maximization, and extensive business analysis and process improvements. The former CEO, Michael Dris, will be taking on an advisory role as a member of PEMCO’s board of directors.
Prior to joining PEMCO in 2013, Burgess was the general manager and executive vice president of CoAdvantage for 13 years. He specializes in profit and loss management, revenue growth, and group leadership.
