Surf & Stream Campground gets into the Halloween spirit hosting spooky events

Surf & Stream Campground is waking up the dead with spooky events all month long. From decorating the campground to baking tasty Halloween treats, guests can enjoy tons of activities leading up to the big Halloween party! Check out the October schedule below.

Kicking off the fun on Saturday, October 4th, kids can get a head start on Halloween crafts. Campers are invited to paint wooden masks and fill them with Franken Pudding for a scary glow. On Saturday, October 11th, get the chef hats ready to bake pumpkin pies while sipping hot apple cider to welcome the fall season. Bring old clothing to help create a life-size scarecrow on Saturday, October 18th. Hay will be provided as well as pillowcases for the head. Guests can also make ghosts using white sheets.

The celebration continues at Surf & Stream Campground’s annual Halloween party. On Saturday, October 25th, guests are invited to a day filled of events for all ages. Young campers are encouraged to help decorate pumpkins outside the campground store before the festivities begin. Trick-or-treating starts at 4:00 pm followed by a costume parade around the campground. A potluck dinner will be held at 6:00 pm including games and musical entertainment. End the night on a hayride where kids can enjoy a walk through Zombie Island for a scary adventure.
