Details: Prospective homebuyers can get help from the pros at a free seminar that is open to the public and will be held at the Bensalem Free Library. Attendees will learn how to navigate the process of credit requirements, various mortgage programs, the differences between short sale and bank-owned properties, the importance of using an experienced real estate agent and various other home buying topics. Light refreshments will be served. The program is co-sponsored by First Federal of Bucks County, Credit Counseling Center and Crossroads Reality Services.
