Portland, Oregon (PRWEB) September 30, 2014 -- The U.S. Department of Energy presented Neil Kelly Company with a Housing Innovation Award during the Energy and Environmental Building Alliance’s Excellence in Building Conference in St. Louis, Missouri. Neil Kelly Company was one of four home performance contractors nationwide to receive the prestigious award.
