Thanksgiving

The Chef’s exclusive Thanksgiving menu will be served on Thursday, November 27 from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm in The Dining Room. The prix fixe fare is $75 per person and consists of a fine dining experience meticulously planned by Chef Shaw, who uses only the freshest ingredients and local produce handpicked from the weekly Farmer’s market. Young guests six years of age are $40.

The traditionally classic four-course Thanksgiving menu begins with an appetizer of Butternut Squash Ravioli; choice of two fresh salads – Mixed Greens or Organic Kale; main course selection of roasted Free-range Turkey with classic trimmings, Honey-glazed Ham, fresh King Salmon or savory Prime Rib. To top off the holiday feast, diners can choose between classic Pumpkin Pie and Chocolate Bread Pudding for the grand finale.
