Innovative web-based knowledge hub for ECE professionals provides thousands of practical resources helping ECE providers save time, money and advance quality.

CCA For Social Good, an operating division of CCA Global Partners, and Vermont Birth to Three announce the launch of, an online platform that delivers a wealth of practical resources for early childhood program administrators, teachers, and family childcare providers. Its goal is clear: to help save time, reduce costs, and improve quality. Most simply, the platform helps its users manage their programs more efficiently.

Sponsored by Vermont Birth to Three, is available to all regulated early care and education programs in Vermont who are enrolled in the STep Ahead Recognition System (STARS), Vermont’s child care quality rating system.

“Prior to, child care providers in Vermont regularly spent a considerable amount of time researching the complexities of a given early childhood education (ECE) topic, scouring the web for a resource, and creating a branded manual or flyer on their own,” stated Becky Gonyea, Executive Director of Vermont Birth to Three. “Now, all of that information is housed in one location, and is specific to Vermont State guidelines. Administrators find the program admin guides, handbooks, and policies tremendously valuable and teachers and family child care providers have also praised the teacher and classroom resources, including creative project ideas and event templates. Most importantly, these tools are downloadable templates (all in Microsoft Word or Excel) that can be customized to reflect each organization’s name, branding and content specific to their child care center saving valuable time and increasing professionalism and quality in the sector.”

“In keeping with the shared services movement in the ECE field, Vermont is one of twenty-one states that sponsor ECE shared resources platforms managed by CCA For Social Good,” explained Denise Sayer, Vice President of CCA For Social Good. “The online knowledge hub we provide allows users to share pragmatic resources, be eligible for reduced pricing from popular vendors because of the collective buying power of ECE centers, and simplify management functions so child care programs can spend less time solving problems and managing administrative details and more of their time where it counts the most, face-to-face with the children.”
