Traba.co Releases Tool to Help Job Seekers Land Jobs Faster
San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) October 02, 2014 -- Today Traba.co announced the release of an online-learning tool that teaches job seekers the best practices for executing a job search. The tool promises to walk job-seekers through easy-to-follow lessons that demonstrate how to execute the most important elements of resume preparation, interview readiness, and job search networking.
“We met with hundreds of smart, accomplished people struggling to find jobs and examined how they were presenting their experience and preparing for interviews,” said Traba CEO Terrence Cummings. “We realized almost immediately that there was a big opportunity to help people improve how they attacked their job search, and how they presented themselves on paper and in person.”
Cummings continued, “Before today, the solution for preparing for a job search was either hiring an expensive job coach who might charge you thousands of dollars, or googling your way into an abyss of conflicting advice. We curated the advice we picked up over the course of our careers and our experience as hiring managers, then meshed that with the advice and preparation processes used by the graduates of top schools...then we added a little fun.”
Traba’s Job Search Learning Tool teaches through a combination of articles, videos and podcasts. Accessing the learning tool requires a $29 monthly subscription fee, but job seekers can try the service for free for 7-days without putting down a credit card by visiting http://www.traba.co
Job Seekers utilizing Traba’s other services have found jobs up to 60% faster than average and Traba expects similar results for job seekers who complete all the lesson modules of the online learning tool.

About Traba
Making it easier to start and switch careers, Traba is redefining how people find, prepare for, and land jobs. Most people take a “Blast your resume and hope” approach to job search, but only 10% of people actually land jobs through online job boards like Monster, Indeed, and LinkedIn. Traba gives job seekers better access to job search preparation materials (through online courses on resumes, networking, and interview preparation) and mentors who can provide feedback on your experience, job search strategy, and insights into companies and industries. The results for job seekers have been shorter job searches, higher pay increases, and jobs that are a better fit for what job seekers actually want for their careers
About Traba’s Founders: Terrence & Anuj
Terrence & Anuj grew up together in Long Valley, New Jersey and have been friends for more than 20 years.
Terrence Cummings (Traba’s CEO) studied finance at University of Colorado, Boulder where he paid his way through school flipping burgers. His standout personality and work ethic caught the attention of CU professor and author of the business book “Good to Great” Jim Collins, who hired Terrence onto his staff during his last years at CU. After graduation, Terrence worked as a consultant for McKinsey & Co and has held leadership roles at a number of start-ups. When not at work Terrence spends time with family and friends, taking orders from his household’s CEO, his 1 year-old son Ben.
Anuj Shah (Traba COO) studied political science at Temple University, and later earned a law degree from Vanderbilt. Before Traba, he advised businesses and venture capitalists in the Bay Area on contracts and hiring. As Traba’s COO, Anuj keeps the wheels on the machine moving forward by working on partnerships, and leading social media. When not at work, he’s probably watching a terrible movie, checking his fantasy football stats, or hanging out with his wife Pooja.
