Savills Studley Expands Capital Markets Practice with Senior Hires
Washington, DC (PRWEB) October 01, 2014 -- Savills Studley, the leading commercial real estate services firm, announces the addition of Patricia Earnest, Stephanie Lynch, and Lindsay Stroud to the firm’s Capital Markets group. Earnest, Lynch, and Stroud are joining Savills Studley as Senior Managing Directors of the newly formed Structured Finance Group and will be based out of the Washington, DC, office.

Earnest, Lynch, and Stroud come to Savills Studley from PRC Real Estate Investment Banking. Earnest has executed over $4.1 billion in transaction volume representing institutional and entrepreneurial owners in their capitalization and acquisition/disposition of over 18 million square feet of investment grade real estate including mixed use, multifamily, retail and commercial office properties. Earnest specializes in providing innovative capital strategies and exceptional executions in capitalizing development projects and existing assets across all product types. Her capital relationships include domestic and international pension funds and advisors, hedge funds, domestic and foreign banks and family offices.
Lynch brings 14 years of experience sourcing domestic and international institutional debt and equity for complex transactions collateralized by multifamily, office, industrial, and hotel property types. She has structured and executed over $2.5 billion of debt and equity transactions on behalf of institutional and entrepreneurial owners, as well as advised domestic and multinational bank holding companies and foreign sovereign wealth funds on $2.5 billion of U.S. loan sales, debt restructurings and fund investment decisions.
Stroud’s primary focus is on arranging senior debt, mezzanine debt and equity for a wide variety of transactions. Utilizing a wide range of capital sources including pension funds, endowment funds, sovereign wealth funds, offshore and domestic banks, and mezzanine debt funds, Stroud has completed transactions totaling over $3.75 billion in the past 10 years.
