Kaliki Audio Newsstand Announces Partnership with The Wall Street Journal at the Paris Motor Show

Kaliki will announce its partnership with the Wall Street Journal, as well as debut of 14 new channels during the 2014 Paris Motor Show (Le Mondial de l’Automobile).

The addition of The Wall Street Journal to the Kaliki Audio Newsstand platform will provide drivers with a greater variety of spoken-word programming, all available on-demand in their connected vehicles.

BT Software and Research, Inc., the maker of the Kaliki Audio Newsstand, has announced its new partnership with the Wall Street Journal and the debut of 14 new channels during the 2014 Paris Motor Show (Le Mondial de l’Automobile).

Also during the event, BT Software announced the certification of the Kaliki Audio Newsstand application for Volkswagen and Skoda connected-vehicles with MirrorLink™. Hopkins continues, “The Wall Street Journal is a global media brand with a global reach and we are very excited to partner with the WSJ to bring them to Volkswagen vehicles.”

Beginning in November, Volkswagen and Skoda drivers with MirrorLink™ equipped vehicles can use the Kaliki application to get access up-to-the-minute Wall Street Journal content whenever they want on select models such as the Volkswagen Passat, Volkswagen Polo, and the Skoda Fabia.

The Kaliki Audio Newsstand is the first connected car content provider to offer a revolutionary new advertising product called NavAds™, which allows the driver to act on a direct audio call to action and navigate to the nearest client location with turn-by-turn directions, or save the offer for later action.

Le Mondial de l’Automobile is a highly anticipated bi-annual global event and is the largest show of its kind in the automobile industry.
