ProcessOne’s new release includes the addition of customer facing payment portals, interactive voice response, and eCheck capabilities.

One, Inc., a provider of software products to the Property and Casualty insurance industry, today announced the release of the newest version of ProcessOne, One, Inc.’s payment processing and reconciliation solution. This latest release delivers major new functionality, enhancing the customer experience through multiple channels for insureds, along with expanding and streamlining ProcessOne’s capabilities for carriers and MGAs.

The new release enables insureds to both make payments and access policy information over the web or phone without needing customer service assistance. The update also includes eCheck and EFT processing capabilities. Accepting more forms of payments means that the batch payment reconciliation is drastically simplified due to ProcessOne functioning as the central payment hub.

“Our goal is to make ProcessOne the most consumer-friendly payment processing channel for insureds, enabling carriers and MGAs to offer the highest level of customer service,” said Brian Blackstock, product development manager, One, Inc. “We are committed to the continuous improvement of functional capabilities for ProcessOne as the most usable and cost-effective payment and reconciliation solution for the P&C market.”

ProcessOne can be quickly and easily integrated into a carrier’s existing billing and payment portals, allowing customers to make real time payments via the communication channel that is most convenient to them. Additionally, it consolidates and standardizes payment reconciliation processes on a common platform, eliminates the risk of a data security breach and the complexity and cost of PCI DSS compliance.

“Prior to the development of ProcessOne, there was an obvious solution gap in the insurance industry with respect to payment processing and reconciliation, ” said Christopher W. Ewing, president and CEO, One, Inc. “The billing solutions on the market today do not address the sharp rise in the use of credit cards as a payment method, from either customer experience or data security standpoints. We are excited to bring to our customers the additional benefits that come with the latest release of ProcessOne.”

One, Inc.'s suite of enterprise software enables carriers of all sizes to streamline processes and increase efficiency in each area of their organization. Its scalable, cloud-based solutions are engineered to optimize data and provide carrier value. Its InsureOne suite includes PolicyOne (policy management), ProcessOne (payment processing and reconciliation), ContactOne (interactive voice response) ActivityOne (enterprise efficiency), AppOne (agency management), SalesOne (marketing representatives management and CRM software), and DataOne (business intelligence and reporting).
