Villaggio Reserve in Delray Beach Breaks Continues Work on Cabana Club Clubhouse

Progress is coming fast at Villaggio Reserve. Less than two months after pouring the foundation at the Cabana Club clubhouse at the most exciting new 55-plus, resort-style community in Delray Beach, the roof already is up.

What the first new residents and the visitors who drop by each day at the community, on Hagen Ranch Road just north of Atlantic Avenue, are witnessing is the development’s town square coming to life.

The clubhouse is under roof. Drainage for the six lighted tennis courts, the two pickleball courts and the bocce ball court has been laid. The digging of the three heated pools and the wading pool for the grandkids will be completed soon.
