KL Communications and Columbia University Collaborating on “Fostering Creativity Through Co-Creation” Research, to Be Presented at this Year’s Market Research Event
Red Bank, NJ (PRWEB) October 02, 2014 -- KL Communications, a collaborative research and co-creation agency, is excited to announce it is partnering with Columbia University to develop a new academic white paper. The white paper, entitled “Fostering Creativity Through Co-Creation,” will examine the factors that drive creativity and explore how the creative spark is fostered in a research environment. The white paper will identify the best practices for establishing a creative environment that encourages group participation among diverse individuals, and will be presented at The Market Research Event in Boca Raton, FL.
KL Communications has a long history with industry and community research, and specializes in co-creation through collaborative communities and CrowdWeaving™, a collaboration tool that connects consumers, marketers, researchers, and project stakeholders. This experience makes a partnership with Columbia University the perfect fit.
“I believe that everyone can be creative when inspired to do so. I wanted to explore this idea, and see how we at KL Communications can use our co-creation methodology to tap into this creativity,” says Lisa Fuchs, Director of Community Services for KL Communications and project leader on this study. “I am honored to have been able to do this through my collaboration with Columbia University’s Alumni Association. As a result of this research, we’ve identified key elements to incorporate into our CrowdWeaving methodology, in order to foster creativity and encourage participation.”
Linda Ury Greenberg, Director for Marketing Research at Columbia University in the Office of Alumni and Development, will be presenting the white paper and the findings at The Market Research Event (TMRE), an annual research conference that has become “the most comprehensive insights conference in the world,” in Boca Raton, FL, October 20-22.
KL Communications and Columbia University are working together to perform the necessary research and present the findings, ensuring actionable insights to readers and attendees of TMRE.
TMRE will be held in Boca Raton, FL, October 20-22. For more information on attending, visit the registration and information page here: http://www.iirusa.com/research/event-home.xml#.
