Entertainment technology company Nito, Inc. has entered into an extensive partnership with Universal Branding & Media, one of the most respected IP licensing agents in the world with deep relationships in Hollywood as well as with leading toy, gaming and lifestyle brands. The partnership includes Universal’s sister company York & Chapel, a leading advertising and marketing firm with the same focus. The companies will incorporate world-famous characters into Nito’s iOS and MAC Apps, and use Nito’s PRO software to help brands engage with their fans in social media, on mobile and at live events.

“Partnering with Universal Branding & Media is a game-changer for Nito,” said Hoyt David Morgan, CEO of Nito, Inc. “Nito has been fortunate to partner with some fantastic clients, and we have had early success enhancing promotions and fan engagement for entertainment, toys, sports and lifestyle brands. Universal and York & Chapel specialize in these industries, have premium clients and will help Nito reach new heights promoting these brands and reaching their fans.”

Through the partnership, Nito will license UB&M’s clients’ characters for Nito’s patented real-time animation technology. This will allow users of the consumer and PRO Nito platform to create videos and promotions using 3D avatars that mimic their facial expressions, movements and audio. Nito’s Apps allow fans to engage with their favorite characters like never before, and the PRO software allows companies to create HD-quality content in a time- and cost-efficient manner.

“We are excited to partner with Nito to bring their technology to our clients," said Kevin Heslin, CEO of Universal Branding & Media. "Nito's real-time animation apps and PRO tools will significantly enhance the entertainment experience for fans around the world and help leading brands engage with these fans."

Comic book and movie fans should be excited. Famous characters from UB&M’s clients will be included in Nito’s iOS, Android and MAC Apps to allow fans to “become” these characters and create short, custom video messages to share across the five leading social media and messaging platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, SMS and email.
