CHINO, Calif. (PRWEB) October 07, 2014 -- ECHOtape, a leading pressure sensitive tape supplier, recently announced its sponsorship of Rebuilding Together Valley of the Sun’s Rock & Roll Paint-a-Thon on Saturday, October 25, 2014. ECHOtape’s sponsorship of the event includes a donation of 900 rolls of tape to help support the painting efforts of over 100 homes during the annual Paint-a-Thon.
“ECHOtape is thrilled to partner with Rebuilding Together Valley of the Sun for their annual Rock & Roll Paint-a-Thon,” said Risa Edelstein, director of marketing for ECHOtape. “Our donation will support Rebuilding Together’s efforts to improve the exterior of low-income households, and help establish a new sense of pride throughout many Phoenix communities.”
Rebuilding Together, a national non-profit with 187 local chapters nationwide, aims to provide home repairs, modifications, and improvements to low-income, senior, veteran, and disabled individuals. The annual Rock & Roll Paint-a-Thon is Rebuilding Together Valley of the Sun’s largest community service program, aspiring to restore pride for homeowners. Painting the exteriors of their homes is a task these homeowners simply cannot afford or often physically cannot complete. The single-day event brings together over 3,000 volunteers annually, and in, how in its 11th year, has restored the exteriors of more 1200 homes.
ECHOtape’s line of contractor approved masking tape is ideal for outdoor painting projects, and especially for events like the Paint-a-Thon. ECHOtape participates in numerous charitable causes throughout the year and values giving back to the community.
“ECHOtape believes we have a social responsibility to support local communities,” said Edelstein. “Donating rolls of tape to this event is our way of showcasing our deep commitment to giving back.”
