Young Student, Sharuthie Ramesh, Publishes Teen Novel, "A Choice: Book 1”
TORONTO (PRWEB) October 04, 2014 -- Encouraged by her teacher to publish one of her horror pieces, 13-year-old Sharuthie Ramesh wrote “A Choice: Book 1,” a teen love story filled with epic adventure, to entertain other young adults.
This teen novel tells the story of 118-year-old Hybrid Kyra Rumblen Count, who lives on a planet called T-Residents, where vampires, werewolves, witches and warlocks also inhabit. On Earth, Kyra would be 18 years old.
“A Choice: Book 1,” follows Kyra as she experiences new adventures and people, encounters old friends and discovers that love is more deadly than she thought. Kyra is faced with countless decisions as she realizes that great power comes with great responsibility.
“‘A Choice’ will take you on a breathtaking ride, full of choices and surprises that will keep you awake at night, wondering what will happen next,” Ramesh said.
Kyra, the main character, started as Ramesh’s childhood imaginary friend. Ramesh decided to incorporate Kyra’s past adventures into her novel and create a novel retold by a familiar voice.
“I wanted to write a book that shared my wild imagination,” Ramesh said. “Why should I keep such an awesome story inside my head when others could laugh and cry from it too?”
Ramesh hopes readers will understand the impact of important decisions after reading about Kyra’s journey in “A Choice: Book 1.”
