Kobie Marketing, a recognized leader in loyalty marketing, announced today that Erica Thompson Moran has joined the company as Retail Advisory Consultant. With more than 20 years in the retail marketing industry, she brings strong experience in CRM, loyalty programs, e-commerce and digital marketing. As part of her role, Erica will grow and mentor the retail practice team and serve as an adviser to retail clients.

Erica most recently worked as an independent consultant advising retailers on strategy and implementation for loyalty programs, CRM and e-commerce. Prior to that, she was the Senior Vice President of Stride Ride and held senior-level marketing positions at PetSmart, New York & Company, HSN and Tweeter Home Entertainment. She also held various business strategy and marketing roles during her seven years with the Walt Disney Company. In March 2012, Erica was named one of the Top Women in Cross Channel Retail by Retail Online Integration.
