Sohel Distributors Inc (SDI) has acquired the remaining 51% shares of SDI LLC (Sohel Distributors NY LLC) and SDI Wireless LLC back from Mox Telecom AG

Sohel Distributors Inc (SDI) has acquired the remaining 51% shares of SDI LLC (Sohel Distributors NY LLC) and SDI Wireless LLC formerly owned by Mox Telecom AG. The terms and conditions of the transaction are confidential.
