SIW Windows and Doors has been selected the window partner for the new Tower 155 that will develop in downtown Boca Raton. The tower, which received a unanimous vote from the City Council and Community Redevelopment Agency, was originally planned to be a hybrid of both residential and commercial space however, the developers ultimately decided on an exclusive residential occupancy.

Tower 155 will stand nine stories tall on the corner of Mizner Boulevard and East Boca Raton Road. The residential condominium mammoth will feature units ranging from around 650 to 1,500 square feet, and priced between $350,000 and $650,000.
The units will have increased consumer perception with the hurricane resistant impact windows that SIW will provide for each of the units.
