SMi Group reports (2014/10/03. Italy, Rome): SMi Group’s leading industry Border Security meeting will enter its 8th year and be held on the 18th and 19th of February 2015 in the Italian capital and base of NATO’s defense college, Rome. Registration is now open.

Border Security 2015

This year’s meeting will focus on European Border Security and current operations in the region. Modern and innovative solutions, such as the use of satellites and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles will be presented on, giving you current methods to boost your border security. Emphasis will too be placed on the issue data privacy and protection and how to overcome this when implementing ABC and EES systems.

Event programmes includes case studies from the European nations and leading security organisations about land, port and air borders, biometrics as part of border control and much more.
