Big Victory in Social Security Disability Case For The Klein Law Group

The Social Security Administrative Law Judge ultimately found that he had multiple "severe impairments," including "liver failure, chronic pancreatitis [and] reactive airway disease syndrome." He also suffered from a severe neck condition.

The Social Security Administrative Law Judge notes, "Heavy alcohol use," severe enough to ultimately result in "decompensated hepatic cirrhosis." The case continued after the claimant's tragic death. The Judge and Social Security Administration could have used the alcohol abuse against him in determining whether he had been disabled, but taking his education, job skills, and multiple medical conditions on the whole, as well as the testimony of medical experts and vocational experts, the Judge rendered a Fully Favorable decision.
