Panama City Beach, FL (PRWEB) October 06, 2014 -- Jon Gray, HomeAway’s Senior Vice President, Americas, is slated to speak at CONDO CON: The Property Owner Conference & Expo. Gray, who will share how to successfully market condos on the vacation rental industry’s most popular travel websites, VRBO.com and HomeAway.com, joins more than ten vacation rental industry experts uniting to educate hundreds of condo and second homeowners November 14 through 15. The event is being held at the Boardwalk Beach Resort Hotel & Convention Center:
Panama City Beach’s only gulf-front convention space, a venue boasting more than 40,000 square feet of flexible indoor/outdoor meeting space.
“CONDO CON attendees will learn how to maximize their rental income while protecting their investment from the industry’s leading authorities,” commented organizer and vacation rental management consultant Chuck Steeg. “Owners will get insider information on everything from decorating to the latest travel and real estate trends.” Steeg projects that more than 200 owners will attend the premier conference held in partnership with “Condo Owner Magazine.”
Contributing to the strong attendance is a chance for attendees to win a $5,000 custom furniture package from Shore House Furniture and Accessories and America’s Mattress. The items, a brand-new Serta iSeries mattress plus a Kashmira by Flexsteel sleeper sofa and chair, will be on display along with products and services from approximately 50 businesses. “Most of our vendors will be giving away promotional items and product samples, and all of them have been asked to contribute door prizes valued at $100 or more,” said Steeg. “Owners stand to take away ample advice and swag!”
