Schneider joined the firm as a partner.
In his new leadership role, Schneider will play a key role in growing the firm’s talent management business, which consists of leadership development, executive coaching, career transition services including outplacement, and executive search.

Prior to joining the firm, Schneider held several leadership positions at organizations focused on talent management and workforce development. He was previously with Strategic Talent Solutions, a consulting partnership focused on leadership and organizational development, where he was a Partner. Prior to this he held the title of Managing Partner at BPI Group after their acquisition of Scherer, Schneider, Paulick (SSP), a highly respected talent management firm which he helped found. Earlier in his career Schneider was the Vice President of Human Resources at USG Corporation.
