TISTA Wins IT Work Supporting DISA’s Mission Assurance Team
Rockville, MD (PRWEB) October 08, 2014 -- TISTA Science and Technology Corporation, a service-disabled, veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) IT and engineering company, won a multi-year prime contract with the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Mission Assurance (MA) Mission Assurance Administrative (MAA) Property Management Team.

DISA’s MA Property Management Team manages and accounts for more than 10,000 IT, program, and software assets worldwide that support Department of Defense (DoD) warfighters. Its primary mission is to plan, program, manage, and execute IT hardware, software, and assets for all MA network hardware and software acquisition efforts. TISTA will work with the MA Property Management Team to serve as a liaison for materials directly delivered to Defense Enterprise Computing Centers (DECCs), DoD and other federal agencies (non-DISA sites), and contractor/commercial facilities.

In May, TISTA was awarded a prime contract to support DISA’s DoD Mobility Program Management Office, which operates enterprise-level classified and secured unclassified mobile communication services within DoD.
