Dallas, Texas (PRWEB) October 07, 2014 -- BRG is pleased to welcome Chris Ellis to their Workplace Technology Solutions team as a Director of Technical Services for the IBM TRIRIGA practice. Ellis will help BRG clients improve both the strategic and operational capabilities of their IBM TRIRIGA systems, as well as other technologies supporting corporate real estate and facilities.
Ellis has more than 20 years of experience delivering enterprise technology solutions and consulting, and his skill set spans all aspects of information system technology. Prior to joining BRG, Ellis worked for IBM as the Lead Performance Analyst for the IBM TRIRIGA platform, and with the pre-acquisition TRIRIGA, LLC as a Senior Technology Strategist. As part of TRIRIGA, Ellis led the team that established best practices and benchmarking standards for TRIRIGA system performance. Over the years, he has been a featured presenter at both the IBM InterConnect (formerly Pulse) Conference and TRIRIGA International User Conference.
“We’re very excited to share Chris’s extensive TRIRIGA knowledge and best practices with our clients,” said Troy Hergenrader, BRG’s IBM TRIRIGA Practice Director. “His knowledge of all aspects of TRIRIGA performance management – system optimization, scalability, testing automation, benchmarking, troubleshooting, and system administration – will deepen our services offerings, broaden our training curriculum, and augment the technical support capabilities of BRG’s Support Center for TRIRIGA. Chris’s experience with the platform provides a unique understanding of the full TRIRIGA technology stack.”
Ellis, who lives in Dallas, Texas, graduated from ITT Technical Institute in Houston, Texas, where he studied Applied Science in Computer Aided Drafting.
