The Institute for Professional Care Education (IPCed) is hosting a free webinar to help in-home senior care providers learn how to increase their referrals from hospitals. Jackie Gordon, MSW, and Discharge Planner for Adventist Medical Center will share her knowledge during this Q&A session.

Home care and home health companies rely on discharge planners to keep their organizations supplied with a steady flow of hospital referrals. The Institute for Professional Care Education (IPCed) is hosting a free Q&A-style webinar to explain the discharge planner’s role and daily responsibilities in depth. This knowledge will help companies better navigate the discharge process and help increase their own referrals.

Jackie Gordon, Discharge Planner for Adventist Health Center, will be sharing her expertise gained from over 35 years of being a Discharge Planner. IPCed’s CEO, Sharon Brothers, MSW, will lead this discussion as she has a wealth of experience in senior care and business management.
