Now, anyone with an Android phone using a built-in IR blaster can enjoy an elegant, one-device substitute to the multiple hardware remotes scattered around their living rooms.
SureMote allows users to simply and rapidly organize several multi-media devices into “systems” - groups of appliances that can be operated simultaneously from the same app, using both Infrared and WiFi connections. Today SureMote works with LG Smart TVs. Support for additional smart TVs and media streamers is coming by the end of 2014.
