Bike Repair Tool Box 2014

Bicycle parking solutions for a greener world™

What can cyclists do when they need to change a flat tire, make a minor bike repair or adjustment but don’t have the right tools handy? Increasingly they will find wall mounted tool boxes on college and corporate campuses, bike storage rooms and other locations that are conveniently located for cyclists to make DIY repairs.

Designed for indoor and outdoor use, eight bicycle specific tools are tethered securely to an 11” wide x 2.7” deep metal box with stainless steel aircraft cables to prevent theft. To prevent the dangling tools from causing wall damage, a steel strike plate is available separately. The Public Toolbox includes the following tools:

  •     Phillips and Standard Screwdrivers
  •     (2) Steel Core Tire Levers
  •     Headset/ Pedal Wrench
  •     8/10mm & 9/11mm Cone Wrenches
  •     T-25 Torx
  •     Hex Key Set

In addition, custom branding opportunities and messages are made possible by printing on the faceplate of the toolbox using a supplied template. Velodome Shelters distributes the toolbox for the manufacturer, Bike Fixtation who offers online help via a scanable link on the face of the box.
