Sebastian Healthcare Realty Helps Neurological Services of Orlando Purchase a Medical Office

The medical office in the Lake Mary MedPlex building, according to Sebastian, is conveniently located on Lake Mary Boulevard within a mile of Interstate 4 and will allow Neurological Services of Orlando (NSO) to serve existing and new patients in the Seminole county market.
“Sebastian Healthcare Realty worked with NSO to identify and evaluate potential markets for expansion, narrowed the list of properties and negotiated a purchase price that was about 15% less than the asking price. This was a particularly challenging assignment in that there were multiple decision makers involved on both sides of the table but we managed to bring it to a successful close at the end” Sebastian explained in reference to how his company helped in the closing of the transaction.
