This position is of strategic importance and will capitalize on Bluware’s recent successes and growing client base. We expect [Michael] to lead our teams to achieve great things.

Bluware, Inc announced today that Michael O’Sullivan has joined the firm to manage the company’s sales and marketing departments. Michael brings broad experience to the newly-created role, having spent more than 20 years working in technology and consulting. Michael joins Bluware as Sales and Marketing Director to support our mission: evolving exploration and production workflows by providing outstanding strategic insights, plug-ins, data management solutions, and systems integration for geology & geophysics (G&G) and reservoir engineering applications.

Every project we work on serves the goal of maximizing hydrocarbon extraction, and Michael joins the company with that goal firmly in mind, saying: “As someone who spent most of my career delivering technology solutions in Houston, I'm excited about this opportunity to move closer to the heart of the oil and gas business. Bluware is positioned to help our E&P friends take the next hill in the fight for sustainable, affordable energy. While armies of people wage technology battles across the landscape, Bluware targets the core disciplines that give everything else in this industry a reason to be there. This is the stuff that matters most. I'm happy to be right in the middle of it.”

Deborah Simmons, President, said: “Michael will drive Bluware’s growth strategy by increasing our brand awareness in the marketplace, strengthening our relationships with existing clients, and seeking out new opportunities for our consulting operations. This position is of strategic importance and will capitalize on Bluware’s recent successes and growing client base. Given Michael’s understanding of our market and his proven ability to drive results, we expect him to lead our teams to achieve great things.”
