Eliot Pedrosa, Co-Chair of the Miami Litigation Practice of international law firm Greenberg Traurig, P.A., has been unanimously elected to the Zoological Society of Florida’s Board of Directors.
Founded in 1956, the Zoological Society of Florida (ZSF) is the nonprofit support organization for Zoo Miami. ZSF is one of the largest membership organizations in South Florida. Its Board of Directors includes community leaders in Miami-Dade and Broward counties who are committed to the education, conservation and recreational goals of Zoo Miami.
Pedrosa will begin his three-year term Oct. 1 and will be eligible for a second three-year term on Sept. 30, 2017.
“I am honored to join the ZSF Board of Directors,” Pedrosa said. “I look forward to supporting Zoo Miami and playing a role in the continued growth of this key South Florida organization.”
At Greenberg Traurig, Pedrosa focuses his practice in products liability, commercial disputes, international litigation and regulatory investigations.
