Sacramento, CA and Enumclaw, WA (PRWEB) October 08, 2014
One, Inc., a provider of software products to Property and Casualty insurers, announced today that Mutual of Enumclaw, a Washington based property & casualty insurance company, has gone into production with ProcessOne® to manage its payment processing and daily cash reconciliation. ProcessOne will serve as the payment processing solution for its web and IVR payment portals, and is integrated with Mutual of Enumclaw’s bill processing solution, Guidewire Software’s BillingCenter®.
A comprehensive payment processing and reconciliation software system that can be easily integrated with external payment portals and systems, ProcessOne will lessen the complexity and cost of PCI DSS Compliance, and store payment data in a safe and secure method using tokenization.
Additionally, it will also help reconcile payments from multiple sources and allow for the ability to update web data in real time. Streamlining these processes will result in a higher level of employee efficiency, along with a significant reduction in expenses for the Mutual of Enumclaw.
“We chose ProcessOne because of the business benefits that it will bring to our company, including ease of reconciliation and a better customer experience for both our independent agents and policyholders. The implementation process went extremely well, including the integration into our core billing system,” said David Wilson, Chief Information Officer, Mutual of Enumclaw.
Denise Pavlov, Mutual of Enumclaw’s Chief Underwriting Officer stated, “Our focus is always on our policyholders and agents, and how we can best take care of them. When we found ProcessOne, we knew that it would be another way that we could both improve our level of customer service and our business processes.”
Jerel Titus, Director of Personal Lines Underwriting at Mutual of Enumclaw added, “Going into production with ProcessOne gives our customers real time access to their payment information. But data security is just as important as customer service is to us, and ProcessOne offers us both - since credit card or banking data is not stored, the risk of theft of payment data or fraud is greatly reduced.”
“We’re pleased that Mutual of Enumclaw is up and running on ProcessOne,” said Christopher W. Ewing, President & CEO, One, Inc. “The success of the implementation and integration illustrates our commitment to getting our clients live quickly and provide immediate ROI. We’ve enjoyed working with their team and look forward to a long relationship.”
